Terms and Conditions for E-Gift Cards:
- Age Restriction: Purchasing and using our e-gift cards requires individuals to be of legal drinking age, which is 19 years or older in accordance with BC provincial regulations.
- Age Verification: We may request age verification information from purchasers to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Compliance with Laws: Usage of the e-gift card must comply with BC provincial and local alcohol sales regulations, along with any additional guidelines applicable during the purchase and utilization of the gift card.
- Non-Transferable: E-gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient.
- Redemption: E-gift cards can be redeemed online or at our Tasting Room for eligible purchases.
- No Cash Redemption: These cards hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Lost or Stolen Cards: In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the e-gift card, please contact us for assistance.
- Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, and any changes will be communicated to customers accordingly.
