One of our most popular wines at Bench 1775 is our Estate grown Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit for the 2023 edition was left to hang until late September. After catching a few extra rays of fall sunshine, the fruit was hand picked and whole cluster pressed, then fermented in 100% stainless steel. This wine displays classic Sauvignon Blanc characters of fresh cut grass, asparagus, passion fruit, and grapefruit. Pair this wine with fish tacos, Thai green curry, salad niçoise, sablefish with a miso glaze, or cheeses such as Gruyere and aged Gouda.
