A perennial favourite, our White Merlot is made from early picked merlot grapes that are crushed immediately, yielding delicately pink juice. This rosé is fruit forward, finishing crisp & dry with notes of cranberries, white peaches & freshly picked strawberries. Pair with fresh B.C salmon, garlic roasted green beans or jalapeno potato chips!
